During your initial consultation, your therapist will spend some time gathering information about your past, present and goals for the future. At Wilcox Wellness, our belief is that the therapeutic relationship should be one based upon trust, rapport and appropriate fit. If you and your therapist decide to work together, you will discuss and agree upon the length and frequency of sessions. Individual sessions range from 30-minute "check-ins" to 3-hour intensives, based upon each person's unique needs.
